In July, Partners in Education Haiti was awarded a $16,500 grant to be used to improve sanitation conditions at the Duplan Methodist School in Duplan Haiti. In January, the project was completed. Students now have a sanitized restroom, including a place to wash their hands. The water kiosks, built on school property, will be used by the community, so that everyone nearby has access to clean water. All of the work for this project was done by Haitians, including the video documentation show below:
