Recently PIEH received a $16,500 grant from the Missouri Methodist Conference for a water project to be completed in Haiti as part of the PieH efforts. We are happy to report that work is underway. This project will employ several Haitians and provide a clean hygienic latrine and handwashing station at Duplan Methodist School in Haiti, where several of our PieH students attend. It will also create a clean water distribution center for the community.
